This white Triumph GT6 was last used on the road in 1989, and its windscreen still wears its tax disc which expired that year. It is sold as a project requiring further recommissioning, and has not been road tested.
We're told the car has been dry-stored since some restoration work was carried out in the 1990s and mid-2000s, including floor repairs. The vendor acquired it in 2005 from a lady who had owned it since 1984. He has carried out further structural repairs, and tells us it “starts and drives and the engine sounds very nice.” The car is fitted with an overdrive, non-standard seats and a fibreglass bonnet, and its odometer shows 91,994 miles.
it comes with a Haynes workshop manual, a few recent receipts for parts, and its current V5C which gives the date of first registration as 1st May 1972.
